Teen Retention

Creating A Personalized Experience

Families have long been the foundation of church congregations, they’re important to the growth and future of our ministries. Parents usually bring their children to church on a regular basis. However, at a certain point, it becomes the young person’s choice and responsibility to decide if they want to continue going to church every Sunday or not.

Since churches are competing with a variety of other interests, it’s important to properly engage and integrate young people into mainstream ministry. Too often our young people are not properly equipped to even sustain their Christian values and lifestyle beyond the first year of college. Therefore, as young adults, countless individuals have no interest in returning to church life.

Building Trust

KTM has successfully demonstrated the ability to grow youth, teen and young adult ministries in ways that effectively retain and incorporate growth and succession strategies for younger generations. As well, we partner with churches to develop approaches that retain younger partners while not compromising the interest of more mature audiences. There is nothing better than having the whole church co-operating together and feeling fulfilled, being equipped and encountering God in special ways.

Mentorship works!

“Spiritual mentoring is a triadic relationship between mentor, mentee, and the Holy Spirit, where the mentee can be guided to discover, the already present action of God, develop more intimacy with God, and ultimately transform their identity as a child of God.”

– Rev. Khy Traylor

"Christian Mentoring is a relational experience in which one person empowers another by sharing God-given resources. A Christian Mentor draws on their own spiritual experience and maturity to walk “the walk” in order to convey that experience to others who are seeking to develop their walk with Jesus to the same or greater degree."

— Paul Stanly and J. Robert Clinton

“A Mentor/Discipler is a more experienced follower who imparts to a believer the knowledge, skill, and basics to grow in Christ. A Discipler affects the believer’s character and behavior.”

— Terry Walling

"A mentor empowers a person to see a possible future and believe it can be obtained." -

— Sean Hitchcock

"God uses mentors to spark life change and legacy impact."

— Unknown

"A mentor is someone who allows you to see the hope inside yourself. "

— Oprah Winfrey
