God is distinguishing between the called and the chosen, much like when Gideon’s army was reduced to ensure His glory would be revealed through the remnant (Judges 7), there will be major shifts in the Earth in this season and the sons of God are being revealed and chosen for Kingdom purpose (Romans 8).
