Too often, churches focus on initial outreach without the tools to follow through. As a result, new believers are often lost in transition. This partnership is changing that. We provide intensive and extensive training to churches, auxiliaries, organizations and individuals consistent with our association with NEM.
For over 40 years, NEM has been driven by the unifying Spirit of God in over 160 churches and among thousands of faithful disciples. KTM Ministries embraces this commitment and emphasizes practical application of God’s Word. Our training program is designed to equip God’s people to properly and effectively share the Gospel beyond the walls of the church.
Apostle Khy Traylor’s Focus: As the Executive Leader for Young Adults within NEM, Apostle Traylor helps lead quarterly workshops and national gatherings, working closely with networks to implement evangelism strategies that are both relational and sustainable, ensuring a strong foundation for new believers.
The 40 Week Follow-Through Evangelism Program
This strategy is not only effective for outreach—it’s transformational for the entire culture of a church or ministry. Our evangelism model includes a 40-week curriculum that trains individuals and churches to:
- Confidently share the gospel in real-life situations
- Improve retention by focusing on relationship-based outreach
- Create intentional pathways for follow-up and discipleship
- Address the modern-day challenges and objections to evangelism
- Equip church members to become active soul-winners and disciples
NEM’s 8-Course certification
KTM Ministries is able to teach NEM’s 8-course certification series (10 weeks each) and/or develop a specialized training program to suit your needs. We are “Fired Up” about making disciples!
Course 01
Introduces the basic biblical principles of evangelism, elevating participants to a point of personal Christian commitment and developing a base for ongoing learning.
Course 02
Focuses on the exploration, comprehension, and memorization of seed plot scriptures to aid in developing effective and systematic approaches in Christian witnessing. Introduces the basic biblical principles of evangelism, elevating participants to a point of personal Christian commitment and developing a base for ongoing learning.
Course 03
Covers the gospel plan in conversational form and the administrative process, developing skills in witnessing with emphasis on communication.
Course 04
Designed to develop a working basis for perfecting the art of witnessing, focusing on skill building and practical application of previously studied materials.
Course 05
Exploration of current misconceptions and false doctrines. Prepares the believer to recognize cult groups and confidently use Scripture to respond effectively.
Course 06

Course 07
Exploration of counseling methods and techniques as they relate to the Gospel Plan and Christian counseling, helping participants develop a strategy for individual and family counseling.
Course 08
Utilizes group counseling for self-awareness and development of interpersonal skills, helping the student become an effective group facilitator.
